I have to congratulate Jessica Simpson with this blog. Jessica was invited to a Republican fundraiser to meet President Bush and she politely turned down the invite. The divorcee was invited by the president’s men to discuss her charity work, Simpson viewed it as a publicity opportunity for the unpopular leader and made other plans. It probably took a lot of guts to publicly turn down a presidential invite and for that I congratulate Jessica.
